the filter for resin regeneration. For normal regeneration, it is necessary to ensure sufficient salt and water in the salt tank. . In addition, a scale

calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and calcium sulfate in the reverse osmosis concentrated water from being concentrated, and the

2. Equipment with small processing capacity is equipped with a filter element as a pretreatment filter. Generally, there are PP,
etc., and it is only necessary to replace it according to the quality of the raw water.
3. The reverse osmosis membrane will be automatically cleaned during the normal operation of the equipment, and daily use
only needs to be replaced regularly.
Second, it is necessary to pay special attention to: the equipment pressure (inlet water pressure, working pressure) must meet the standard,
otherwise it will easily cause the equipment to have insufficient water output, and the equipment air consumption will easily cause equipment damage.
Third, for equipment equipped with precision filters, it is necessary to replace the filter element regularly to ensure the quality of water in the equipment. When the pure water equipment stops running, it must be cut off and power off, and the security facilities should be completed.
4. Regularly monitor the quality of the produced water.
If the water conductivity (or TDS value) of the equipment is higher than our standard value, the production of water should be stopped and the
reverse osmosis membrane should be cleaned or replaced.
The daily maintenance precautions for pure water equipment have the following points:

3. The reverse osmosis membrane needs to be cleaned in time. Under normal circumstances, the equipment will automatically clean the
reverse osmosis membrane, and manual cleaning is required in some special cases. During the cleaning, the reverse osmosis membrane
element does not produce water, so that the cleaning water flows along the surface of the diaphragm at a high speed, and the pollutants
deposited on the surface of the membrane are completely washed out of the system, completely eliminating the possibility of breeding bacteria
in the pipeline, and improving the effluent of the reverse osmosis water. quality.
4. Do not arbitrarily adjust the valve ratio, working pressure and other valves. Each type of equipment has a corresponding parameter range. In
