1000L RO EDI Using Reverse Osmosis water treatment system for Ultra-pure Water
Ultra-pure water has a wide range of applications
Ultrapure water is often used in the microelectronics industry, the semiconductor industry, the power generation industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and laboratories. EDI pure water can also be used as pharmaceutical distilled water, food and beverage production water, chemical plant process water and other ultrapure water applications.
EDI module design:
1, the components of the EDI module include: a bottom plate, a resin bag and a top plate;
2, the bottom of the bottom plate is provided with a water inlet, and the upper part is provided with a water outlet.
A cathode plate is arranged thereon, and an ultrapure water outlet is arranged on the top plate.
An anode plate is arranged thereon, and the resin package is a left and right open cylindrical body, wherein a plurality of resin sheets are arranged therein, the bottom plate is connected with one end of the resin package, the other end of the resin package is connected with the top plate, and the bottom plate, the resin package and the top plate are fixed by a plurality of fixing bolts.
3. It includes an accelerating member which is an accelerating anode and an anode plate.
The accelerating member is disposed in the middle of the resin pack, and the accelerating cathode plate is disposed on the cathode plate side, the accelerating anode plate is disposed on the anode plate side, and the accelerating anode and cathode plates are not in contact with each other, and the accelerating member is connected to the external power source.
4. The high-flow EDI module provided by the utility model increases the ion migration force in the EDI module through the acceleration component in the middle portion, thereby increasing the capacity of the EDI system to cope with the need to manufacture a large amount in a short time.

1. Water supply: RO water production, conductivity <20μs.cm; preferably <10μs.cm;
2, PH value: 6.0-9.0, preferably 7.0-9.0;
3, water temperature: 5-35 ° C;
4, hardness (calculated as CaCO3): <0.5 ppm;
5, organic matter: a maximum of 0.5 ppm, TOC recommended zero;
6. Oxidizer: maximum of 0.05 ppm, Cl2::0.05 ppm, O3: 0.02 ppm, preferably both are zero;
7, Fe, Mn: <0.01 ppm;
8, silicon dioxide: <0.5 ppm;
9, carbon dioxide: <5 ppm;
10, oil and grease: can not be detected.
