Electrodeionization Purified Water Treatment Plant , RO Machine EDI System Reverse Osmosis Filter
The two-stage RO+EDI ultrapure water treatment system includes a pretreatment system, a primary RO system, a secondary RO system, an EDI system, a water supply system and a PLC, and the first-level RO system, the secondary RO system, and the EDI system are installed.
In a closed cabinet, the front side of the cabinet is a control panel, and the primary RO system primary RO device pure water outlet pipe is connected with the secondary RO system secondary RO device inlet, the secondary RO system.
The pure water outlet pipe of the secondary RO unit is connected to the inlet of the EDI booster pump of the EDI system.

Water flow of Two-stage RO+EDI System:
Ultra-pure water equipment (two-stage RO+EDI system) system main process quartz sand filtration→activated carbon filtration→scale inhibitor system→security filter→first-order reverse osmosis→alkali system→secondary reverse osmosis system→intermediate water tank→EDI System → ultrapure water supply system.
Pretreatment system The pretreatment system adopts sand filter + carbon filter + scale inhibitor process, which is mainly used to remove suspended solids, colloidal silicon, organic matter, residual chlorine and other impurities contained in raw water to prevent raw water pollution reverse osmosis membrane.
Reverse osmosis system The main desalination device is mainly used to remove most of the organic and inorganic salts in the raw water, dissolved solids, colloidal silicon and organic matter, microorganisms and other impurities that affect water quality.
