2.Payment / Packing / Shipping:
2.1 Payment:50% TT advance of the deposit after the signing of the contract, 50% TT of the balance after goods ready and before ship;
2.2 Packaging: wooden packaging(not recycled);
2.3 Shipping: By sea, the buyer is responsible for it.
3.Lead /delivery Time:
3.1 Advance payment within 30 working days ;
3.2 Buyer shall promptly provide relevant data venues;
4.Acceptance Statement and Quality Assurance:
4.1 According to the contract of the brand, quantity, type to provide the products；
4.2 According to the agreement reached capacity and stability requirements；
4.3 The buyer can be visit to the seller for inspection, after passing then ship；
4.4 After equipment installation and commissioning training is completed,the two sides confirmed the qualified, acceptance of all completed；

5.Installation / commissioning / training
5.1. The seller is responsible for installation, commissioning and personnel training, the buyer to provide travel, visas, accommodation and other expenses, according to US $ 150 per person per day to pay staff salaries;
5.2. The buyer may arrange for personnel to the seller training, the seller provides accommodation and transportation services；
5.3. Expected installation time 4 days, commissioning time 2 days, training time 1 days, 1 technical staff；
5.4. The training content includes, the product structure principle, the off/stop the equipment
