Description

Process flow
1. The first-stage reverse osmosis pipeline is made of 304 stainless steel, and the second-stage reverse osmosis and EDI devices are made of 316L sanitary stainless steel pipes;

3. There is a low-pressure protection switch in front of the first-stage reverse osmosis, and there are low-pressure protection and high-pressure protection switches in front of the second-stage reverse osmosis;
4. primary and secondary reverse osmosis water recovery rate can be adjusted, primary reverse osmosis recovery rate of 60% -65%, secondary reverse osmosis recovery rate of 70%;
5. The purified water storage tank should be designed as a seamless and dead-end sterile water tank with breathing filter, and the conveying pipeline is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizer and microporous sterilizing filter to ensure that the purified water meets the hygiene requirements.
Reverse osmosis pure watetreatment system generally includes pretreatment system, reverse osmosis device, post-treatment system, cleaning system and electrical control system.
