Production Description

Functional features:
1. Automatic replenishment of tap water tank: When the level of the tap water tank reaches a low level, automatic replenishment is carried out. The replenishment stops when the water level reaches a high level
2. When the water level of the tap tank reaches a certain level, the system starts to work and stops when the pure water tank is full of water.
3. When the tap water tank is at a low water level, the water shortage protection will be activated and the system will stop completely, and neither manual nor automatic operation can be carried out.
4. Reverse osmosis system every time the boot cleaning, boot cleaning time control in about 30 seconds (time is adjustable), when the reverse osmosis operation for a period of time after the timed cleaning (time is adjustable).
Control equipment
1. Raw water tank: It mainly solves the problem of unstable tap water pressure, and reduces the mechanical failure brought by frequent starting of lifting pump or unstable tap water pressure during operation.
2. Quartz sand filter: Tap water enters from the upper end of the tank, and flows evenly from the upper end to the lower end of the filter layer through the upper watercloth. After the tap water passes through the filter layer, it will be detached from the filter layer through the lower watercloth, forming filtered water.
3. Activated carbon filter: The internal structure of activated carbon filter is exactly the same as that of quartz sand filter. After adsorption of activated carbon, the residual chlorine of tap water can be reduced to below 0.1mg/l.
4. Precision filter: the main use of 5us meltblown cartridge, can remove small particles, and further create conditions for reverse osmosis water.
5. High-pressure pump: provide the power needed for reverse osmosis operation.
