Power-on operation
Valve adjustment: before startup, check the operating position of each valve of the system, adjust the inlet valve of the ultrafiltration device to 1/3-1/2 open state, and fully open the outlet valve.
Start the ultrafiltration pump: close the outlet valve of the ultrafiltration pump, start the pump, and then slowly adjust the outlet valve of the pump to fully open or open 2/3, and empty the air in the bag filter.
Pressure regulation: when the pressure gauge at the inlet of the ultrafiltration device shows, empty the air in the ultrafiltration device, adjust the inlet valve to make the pressure not more than 0.45 MPa, and adjust the outlet valve to make the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet within the normal range (the maximum outlet pressure of the tubular ultrafiltration device is not higher than 0.08 MPa;The maximum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the spiral ultrafiltration device shall be < 0.2 MPa, generally maintained at 0.1 ± 0.05 MPa).
