Production Description
The 2-ton ultrafiltration water treatment plant is a system designed for small to medium-sized water treatment needs with a design capacity of 2 tons per hour. The equipment utilizes ultrafiltration membrane technology to remove suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses and other impurities from the water by physical screening, providing clear, safe drinking or industrial water.
Equipment Components
Ultrafiltration Membrane Module: the core filtration part, containing multiple ultrafiltration membrane elements to realize high efficiency filtration function.
Pre-treatment system: including water inlet pipe, water inlet valve, filter, etc., which is used for preliminary treatment of raw water to protect the ultrafiltration membrane module from contamination.
Backwashing system: regularly backwash the ultrafiltration membrane module to remove the pollutants adhered to the membrane surface and ensure the membrane flux and filtration effect.
Control system: including PLC controller, touch screen, etc., to realize the automatic operation, monitoring and alarm function of the equipment.
Piping system: including inlet pipe, outlet pipe, backwash pipe, etc., used to connect the various parts to ensure smooth water flow.
Installation and maintenace
⒈ on the location of water softening equipment: water softener must be placed on a solid horizontal ground, the distance from the drain to the short best, the distance from the boiler and other heat sources must be more than 3 meters above, absolutely prohibit the proximity of acidic liquids or gases. If you need to add other water treatment equipment (filter, deaerator) should be left in place.
Peck about the location of the regeneration salt tank and resin:
Should try to be placed in the vicinity of the exchange column, in order to fully utilize the salt solution, should try to shorten the size of the plastic pipe for salt absorption.
3) About loading quartz sand and resin:
(1) In order to ensure the uniformity of water distribution, try to put 150~200mm of good quality quartz sand at the bottom of the exchange column (not decomposed to produce silicon oxides or salts).
(2) Before loading resin, the length of the center lift tube should be checked to see if it is suitable.
Firstly, snap the upper watercloth into the central bearing interface at the bottom of the self-control head (control valve), then align the lower end of the center tube into the nest groove at the bottom of the exchange column, and insert the upper end into the lower end of the upper watercloth orifice, and then screw it into the upper end of the exchange column screw port in a clockwise direction with extreme care, and confirm that the whole screw port of the control valve can be screwed into the upper end of the exchange column screw port in a smooth manner, in order to confirm that the length of the center tube meets the requirements, and that it can make the center lifting tube The center lift tube can be tightly connected to the valve head and kept concentric.
(3) After the work of the above test fitting head is completed, then remove the head by rotating counterclockwise to keep the center tube in the center again, and place the lower end of the original head in the center.
Centered, the lower end of the original sticky center lift tube under the end of the lower water cloth aligned with the bottom of the groove nest, and soft cloth or plastic tape will be the center lift tube at the top end of the entrance to seal, began to evenly fill the quartz sand or resin.
(4) When loading resin, pay attention to the balanced loading around the center lifting tube, in order to ensure that the pre-calculated quantity is loaded into the column.
In order to ensure that the previously calculated quantity is loaded into the column, with the process of the device, the exchange column should be continuously injected into the water, so that the resin pores in the air out. It is the best way to maintain this water-sealed state for resin filling, and it is difficult to guarantee that the dry resin is filled as much as it should be.
(5) When the resin filling is completed, re-screw the control valve in a clockwise direction into the threaded port at the upper end of the exchange column.
At the same time, it is required to ensure the leveling. Note: Do not forget to install the upper water distributor into the base of the control valve.
