Ozone first acts on the cell membrane of microorganisms, reacts with cell wall lipids by double bonds, and penetrates into the interior of bacteria.
Ozone can destroy the composition of the cell membrane, resulting in increased permeability of the cell membrane, outflow of intracellular substances, and loss of cell activity.
Ozone continues to penetrate the cell membrane, destroy lipoproteins and lipopolysaccharides in the membrane, further change the permeability of cells, and eventually lead to cell lysis and death.

Environmental requirements
Drying and ventilation: the ozone sterilization system shall be placed in a dry and well-ventilated environment to prevent the inside of the equipment from being affected with damp due to excessive humidity.Especially in the humid season (such as returning to the south), it is necessary to take measures such as raising equipment, keeping away from walls and floors, and using fans to keep dry.
Temperature control: keep the operating ambient temperature of the equipment within the appropriate range (such as 4 ℃ -35 ℃), and avoid too high or too low temperature affecting the performance of the equipment.
Space requirements: Sufficient space (≥ 300 mm) shall be left around the equipment to facilitate heat dissipation and maintenance.
Electrical inspection
Regularly check the electrical parts: ensure that all electrical parts are free from moisture and have good insulation performance.If the equipment is found or suspected to be damp, insulation measures shall be taken and drying treatment shall be carried out to ensure that the power supply is started under the condition of good insulation.
Safety grounding: ensure that the equipment enclosure is reliably grounded to prevent safety problems caused by electrical faults.
