Process and function
First, pretreatment stage
Raw water pressurization: First, the raw water (such as tap water, surface water, groundwater, etc.) is pressurized through the booster pump
Coarse filtration: The pressurized raw water enters the pretreatment system, and first passes through the coarse filter to remove the large particle impurities and suspended matter in the water.
Precision filtration: Subsequently, the water enters the precision filter to further remove small particles, colloids and other impurities in the water
Second, the first stage of reverse osmosis
Pressurization by primary high pressure pump: The pre-treated water is pressurized by primary high pressure pump to increase the pressure of water to meet the needs of the reverse osmosis process.
Primary reverse osmosis treatment: The pressurized water enters the primary reverse osmosis system and is filtered through the primary reverse osmosis membrane. At this stage, the tiny pore size on the membrane allows only water molecules and some small molecules to pass through, while impurities such as dissolved solids, ions, organic matter and microorganisms are trapped outside the membrane
Three, two reverse osmosis stage
Secondary high pressure pump pressurization: The water produced by the primary reverse osmosis is then pressurized by the secondary high pressure pump and fed into the secondary reverse osmosis system.
Secondary reverse osmosis treatment: In a secondary reverse osmosis system, water is filtered again through a reverse osmosis membrane. Therefore, it can further remove the residual impurities in the water and improve the purity of the water quality. After the two-stage reverse osmosis treatment of water, the ion removal rate can reach more than 99.9%, suitable for high water quality requirements in the field.
