300L/H single stage reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment equipment

Equipment composition

Source water system: includes raw water tank and booster pump, used to store and provide raw water, and the raw water is pressurized into the pretreatment system through the booster pump.
Pretreatment system: usually composed of quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, etc., used to remove large particle impurities, suspended matter, organic matter, etc., in raw water to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane.
High-pressure pump system: the pre-treated water is pressurized to a certain pressure, so that it can overcome the osmotic pressure of the reverse osmosis membrane, so as to enter the reverse osmosis membrane for separation.
RO membrane module: The reverse osmosis membrane is the core component of the device, with a very small aperture, able to block most dissolved substances, allowing only water molecules to pass through.
Instrumentation and control system: used to monitor the operating status of the equipment, water quality parameters, etc., and to achieve automatic control of the equipment.
