RO Membrane Manufacturers Sea Water Seawater Filter Cartridges 4040 Reverse Osmosis RO Membrane
Production Description
The RO reverse osmosis membrane is a selectively permeable membrane, and the pore size of the membrane is only 0.1 nm to 2 nm, and the pore size of the membrane is almost one millionth of the diameter of a hair.As a kind of membrane separation technology, RO reverse osmosis membrane mainly uses the characteristics of its semi-permeable membrane, which can separate the solvent and solute in the solution through the membrane under the impetus of pressure difference.Specifically, when pressure is applied to the feed liquid on one side of the membrane and the pressure exceeds its osmotic pressure, the solvent will undergo reverse osmosis against the direction of natural osmosis, thereby obtaining a permeated solvent, i.e., a permeate, on the low pressure side of the membrane and a concentrated solution, i.e., a concentrate, on the high pressure side.
Key advantages
The membrane surface of the RO reverse osmosis membrane is smooth, so that the RO reverse osmosis membrane is not easily blocked or broken down in the filtration process, and is convenient to clean and maintain after use.In addition to the above advantages, RO reverse osmosis membrane also has the advantages of small floor area, high degree of automation, little influence by environmental factors, stable chemical properties, and low investment cost, which can improve efficiency and reduce costs for water treatment enterprises.
Maintance
Daily operation and maintenance
Record operating parameters:
Record various operating parameters of RO device regularly, for example, once every two hours, so as to find out abnormal conditions in time.
Record contents include but not limited to inlet and outlet water pressure, flow rate, conductivity, quality of produced water, etc.
Water quality monitoring:
Regularly monitor the quality of inlet and outlet water to understand the impact of water quality changes on the system.
The monitoring data can be used to evaluate the performance of the RO membrane and the system stability.
Check the device status:
Check the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet of the cartridge filter. If the differential pressure exceeds 0.06 MPa, replace the filter element in time.
Check the status of the high-pressure pump and RO booster pump, and replace the lubricating oil in time according to the maintenance manual.
