LPFT-8040 Perfect Replacement RO Reverse Osmosis Membrane For RO System
Production Description
The RO reverse osmosis membrane is a selectively permeable membrane, and the pore size of the membrane is only 0.1 nm to 2 nm, and the pore size of the membrane is almost one millionth of the diameter of a hair.As a kind of membrane separation technology, RO reverse osmosis membrane mainly uses the characteristics of its semi-permeable membrane, which can separate the solvent and solute in the solution through the membrane under the impetus of pressure difference.Specifically, when pressure is applied to the feed liquid on one side of the membrane and the pressure exceeds its osmotic pressure, the solvent will undergo reverse osmosis against the direction of natural osmosis, thereby obtaining a permeated solvent, i.e., a permeate, on the low pressure side of the membrane and a concentrated solution, i.e., a concentrate, on the high pressure side.
Key advantages
Economy and durability
Moderate maintenance cost: Although the reverse osmosis membrane has a certain service life and needs to be replaced regularly, its maintenance cost is more economical than other complex water treatment facilities such as ion exchange system. In addition, the performance of some membrane elements can be restored by chemical cleaning, which further saves operating costs.
Long life: RO membranes are relatively durable and have a long life when properly maintained and cleaned.
Maintance
Stop and save
Long-term preservation:
Prior to a long system shutdown, the system needs to remove all contaminants and dirt deposited on the membrane surface.
Preservation is accomplished using a circulation of 500-1,000 ppm sodium bisulfite solution from the cleaning system.
Close all valves at the salt water end and the supply end.
The pH of the preserved reverse osmosis system needs to be adjusted periodically to ensure that the pH of the solution does not fall below 3.
Keep the temperature between 0 and 35 ℃ during the shutdown of the equipment.
