90 ton EDI(Electrodeionization) water treatment equipment
90 ton EDI water treatment equipment refers to an electrodeionization water treatment equipment designed to process and produce 90 tons (or close to this value) of ultrapure water per day. This device combines the advantages of electrodialysis and ion exchange technology, removing ions and impurities from water through electrochemical reactions to achieve the standard of ultrapure water.

Working principle
Deion exchange: The equipment first uses anion exchange membranes and cation exchange membranes to adsorb cations in water, which in turn adsorb anions, thereby reducing the concentration of ions in the water.
Desorption: After initial exchange, some residual ions will be further desorbed through charged exchange resin. A resin loaded with ions will be washed with an electrolyte solution with a fixed opposite charge, causing ions to dissociate from the resin.
Ion passing through ion exchange membrane: Under a certain current, water molecules are ionized into H+and OH - ions. These ions enter the concentrated water chamber through the ion exchange membrane and are centrally discharged. At the same time, the failed resin is regenerated, achieving continuous water production and regeneration.
Performance characteristics
Efficiency: capable of processing and producing 90 tons of ultra pure water per day, meeting the needs of large-scale production or experimentation.
Environmental protection and energy conservation: No need to use chemical agents, no waste liquid or waste generated, environmentally friendly; Meanwhile, due to its efficient purification technology, it can significantly reduce energy consumption.
Stability: By combining electrodialysis and ion exchange technology, various impurities and ions in water can be stably removed, ensuring stable effluent quality.
Automation: Adopting automation control technology, the operation is simple and convenient; The equipment has a compact structure, occupies small space, and is easy to install and maintain.
Long lifespan: Core components such as membrane stacks have a long lifespan and can operate stably for a long time; The long replacement cycle reduces the frequency of maintenance and replacement as well as operating cost
