Equipment Overview
The 300 ton ultrafiltration water treatment equipment is an efficient and energy-saving water treatment system designed specifically for treating large-scale water volume. Technical characteristics
High precision filtration: The pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane ranges from 0.002 to 0.1 μ m, which can completely filter out bacteria, rust, colloids, macromolecular organic compounds, etc. in water, while retaining beneficial trace elements for the human body.
Long lifespan filter element: Adopting the principle of vertical cross flow filtration, it is automatically cleaned and not easily clogged. The filter element has a long lifespan, which can reach 30-50 times that of ordinary water purifiers.
High flux design: The equipment is designed with a processing capacity of 300 tons/day, meeting large-scale water demand while maintaining stable effluent quality.

Working principle
The membrane separation process driven by pressure in ultrafiltration water treatment equipment. When the raw water flows through the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane under pressure, the small pores densely distributed on the membrane surface only allow water and small molecules to pass through, becoming a permeable liquid; The substances in the original solution with a volume larger than the membrane pore size are intercepted on the membrane surface, becoming a concentrated solution. Through this method, the purification, separation, and concentration of raw water can be achieved.
