Production Description
The 1 ton EDI reverse osmosis plant is a combination of EDI (electrodeionization) and reverse osmosis (RO) technology capable of treating and producing 1 ton (i.e., 1,000 liters) of high-purity water per hour.
Reverse osmosis (RO): first of all, through the high-pressure pump to pressurize the raw water, so that it passes through the reverse osmosis membrane, removing most of the dissolved solids in the water, organic matter, bacteria and other impurities, to get more pure water.
Electrodeionization (EDI): Subsequently, the reverse osmosis-treated water is sent to the EDI module, which utilizes an electric field to further remove ions, microorganisms, etc. in the water, improving the purity of the water to reach the standard of ultra-pure water.
